Your LA Rapid Results Diet System comes complete with straightforward instructions for exactly what to do each day. You’ll get every tool you need to get on the fast track for rapid results. No matter what your lifestyle, you can stay in control on a day-by-day and meal-by-meal basis while you work toward your goal.
Step 1: First 2 Days on the Diet Program and Every 14 Days Thereafter

Your success begins with the 2-Day KickStart Plan featuring the LA Weight Loss TakeOFF Juice, designed to prepare your body for weight loss. Step 2: Day 3 - Losing 20lbs
Follow the LA Rapid Results Diet System until reaching your goal or losing 20lbs - whichever comes first.
On the third day of your program, after you have completed the 2-Day TakeOFF KickStart Plan, you will continue on the fast track to losing weight with the LA Rapid Results Diet System.
The food choices in your LA Rapid Results Food Guide are divided into nine main categories: Proteins, Vegetables, Fruits, Starches, LA Lites Bars, Dairy, Fats, Beverages and Extras. Each day you will consume a specific number of servings allotted to you in each category based on your individual needs. To provide your body with balanced nutrition, you will eat four structured Meal Combos and two LA Lites Bars. Skipping meals or consuming fewer servings can inhibit your weight loss, so it’s important to stick to the diet program every day.
Your allotted servings for each category are outlined in the Menu Plan Diary that accompanies your Menu Plan. There are 6 different Menu Plan Diaries and you will select the appropriate one for you based on your personal statistics and specific weight loss needs. Your Menu Plan Diary will feature your LA Weight Loss Meal Plan options, outlining how often to eat and which servings to eat together in order to get the best results.
Step 3: After losing 20lbs - Transition to the LA My Way Food Guide
Follow the LA My Way Food Guide until you reach your weight loss goal.
After losing your first 20 pounds, celebrate your fantastic weight loss results! By now, you will have started to master your new healthy lifestyle so it’s time to transition to the LA My Way Food Guide. You will use an expanded food list with hundreds of food options, and follow this diet program until you reach your weight loss goal. Some clients who feel more comfortable with the LA Rapid Results Diet System choose to continue to follow that plan rather than making the transition, which is certainly okay. That’s one of the best things about the LA Rapid Results Diet System; it’s customized to fit your success.
Step 4: 2 LA Lites™ Bars Every Day
Use two LA Lites™ Bars every day throughout your program.
