Is LA Weight Loss a medically supervised program?
LA Weight Loss is not a medically supervised program. The LA Weight Loss Menu Plan and designated Plan Numbers are designed to help healthy individuals lose weight and achieve a healthier lifestyle. It is a recommended dietary program only and in no way represents medical treatment or medical advice. It does not accommodate for physical or medical conditions, food allergies or the taking of any medications (prescription or over-the-counter). It is solely your responsibility to discuss all medical conditions and your current health status with your physician prior to beginning this, or any other, weight loss program.

As always, to ensure customer satisfaction, you may cancel your Auto-Ship deliveries for any reason at any time simply by calling Member Solutions at 888.277.4408 and obtaining a cancellation confirmation from a representative. Cancellation requests must be received and confirmation provided not less than 5 days before your next scheduled payment date. Also, please be aware that your funds may be held by your financial institution for up to five business days after cancellation of your order. Contact your financial institution for further details. However to receive the Auto-Ship discounted price, you must remain on the Auto-Ship program for at least 2 shipments. If you cancel prior to paying for your second consecutive 4-week auto-ship delivery, you agree that we can charge your payment method for the total amount of the discount you received on your first 4-week auto-ship delivery. This charge will appear on your payment method within 8 weeks of your cancellation.
Member Solutions is the company that will service your account if auto-ship was selected. You authorize Member Solutions to charge your payment method for all payments due. The phrase “888-277-4408 Member Fees” will appear on your bank or credit card statement. Any account more than 5 days past due will be charged a $10.00 late fee. Any returned payment will be assessed a $25.00 fee. Any unsuccessful scheduled electronic transaction is subject to a $10.00 processing fee. You agree that these fees may be collected by Member Solutions from your payment method in your next billing cycle. Neither laweightloss.com nor Member Solutions is responsible for any bank or credit card fees that you may incur.
How does the Money Back Guarantee work?

To take advantage of this Money Back Guarantee, please email info@laweightloss.com within seven days of receipt of your first order to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). To be valid, product must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To ensure proper credit to your account, we recommend that you use FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Products not received or lost in shipping are not the responsibility of laweightloss.com. Please save your shipping receipt and your tracking information until your return is processed. Please allow four to six weeks for your return to be processed and your account credited.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items. Credits will be applied within 14 days after your return is processed, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles. Please note that laweightloss.com will not be responsible for any bank or credit card fees that you may incur. A credit for the returned product will only be applied to the same method of payment.

Can I purchase your products anywhere else?
LA Weight Loss products are not sold in any store. If you live near an LA Weight Loss Center, you can buy products as part of the weight loss program. How do I know how many servings to eat?
On the LA Rapid Results Diet Plan the Menu Plan Diary you select will indicate the exact number of servings you should eat daily in each of the nine food categories. When you add a weight loss package that includes the LA Rapid Results Diet System to your Shopping Cart, you will use the Menu Plan Selection Chart to select a specific Menu Plan number based on your individual weight loss needs. Then, you will receive the Menu Plan Diary that accompanies that specific Menu Plan number in your order shipment. The inside of your Diary lists the daily servings allotted to you.
What do I do when I need a new diary? I have been using my old plan and I need a new Diary. How do I get one?
You may order a set of Diaries at any time. Diaries are always available to order separately from the Weight Loss Packages. You may order the same Menu Plan Diary number you are currently following or a new Menu Plan Diary number depending on your progress. Make sure you use the Menu Plan Selection Chart to evaluate your weight loss and determine if and when you need a new plan number. Once you choose a diary plan number simply add it to your Shopping Cart.
Can I use my old LA Express and Free-to-Live™ plan?
We are recommending all of our clients make the transition to the LA Rapid Results Diet Plan. It is a weight loss system that incorporates the industry’s cutting-edge research so you lose more weight and feel more satisfied with and motivated by your success. With just the right combination of structure and flexibility, the program gives you the variety of foods you love with a structure that produces the faster, better results you want.
