To be valid, product must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To ensure proper credit to your account, we recommend that you use FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. Products not received or lost in shipping are not the responsibility of laweightloss.com.  Please save your shipping receipt and your tracking information until your return is processed. Please allow four to six weeks for your return to be processed and your account credited.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned items. Credits will be applied within 14 days after your return is processed, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
