Selecting Your Menu Plan Diary
We offer 6 Menu Plan Diaries from which to choose. Each is assigned a different calorie level and designates an allotted number of servings to consume in each of the nine food categories. You will consume the allotted number of servings indicated in your Diary by selecting foods from the lists found in your LA Rapid Results or LA My Way Food Guides.

Choose the LA Weight Loss Menu Plan that is right for you based on your individual needs. Use the chart below to help you select the most appropriate numbered plan. To use the chart, you need the following:

  • Your Gender
  • Your Current Height
  • Your Current Weight
  • Your Age
  • Your General Activity Level

  • Use the chart to make your plan selection, following these steps:
    1. Weigh yourself.
    2. If you are female, use the weight chart on the left; if you are male, use the weight chart on the right.
    3. Locate your height at the far left of the weight chart.
    4. In this row, locate your current weight on the chart.
    5. From these coordinates, determine whether your body weight falls under Plan 1, Plan 2, Plan 3, Plan 4, Plan 5 or Plan 6. This is your plan number.
    6. Once you determine your plan number, select that number when ordering your weight loss package.
    7. You will receive the coordinating LA Weight Loss Menu Plan Diary number, which includes your allotted servings, in your order shipment.
